Our grant application is open annually from April 1 through April 30. Currently, we offer $500 grant awards. This amount should not exceed 75 percent of your proposed project’s cost.
Grant proposals should demonstrate a benefit within the Glencoe area. All proposals must be submitted by a 501(c)(3) organization, a unit of government or a public agency. A group that doesn’t fit in any of those categories must apply through a fiscal agent willing to accept responsibility for the project.
Award decisions will be made and presented in the month following the April 30 deadline. Recipients are required to submit a grant report at the end of their project or one year following the award, whichever comes first.
